Payment Options
We currently accept most major CC via Paypal / Vemo payments.

Shipping: 

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.  
Delivery times will range from 1-7 business days, depending on your distance. 
We currently ship within the USA only 

US orders:

• under 2 lb. have a flat rate of $7.00 shipping
• over 2 lb. to 5 lb. have a flat rate of $8.50 shipping
•  over 5 lb. to 25 lb. have a flat rate of $10.00 shipping

Wrong Address Disclaimer: 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at mail@trulyonline.com before 5pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you.

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. 

Sales Tax

Return Policy
We know you will love it!  But in any case we accept returns on all merchandise except for sale items and bath and body products.  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, returned with tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.  You will be issued credit for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for costs to ship your item back to us. Please contact us for return instructions, we will provide an address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to. 

Gift Certificates
Sometimes the perfect gift is one you get to choose...thus gift certificates! We will send a gift certificate hand-printed via First Class Mail to your recipient - we ship them to you free.
